All the WKN holders can vote for the trading hours of a Certified Project, even if they do not hold the token of the certified project itself.

As there are no rewards associated with voting for the trading hours of certified projects, we anticipate that only those with a real interest in the project will exercise their right to vote.

Nevertheless, the [off-chain voting system](https://woken-exchange.gitbook.io/wokenexchange/woken-v1-our-solution/dao-vote/snapshot-api) offers the flexibility to adapt voting strategies in a more targeted way if necessary, such as the requirement to hold both WKN and the token of the certified project in order to vote.
