With the $WKN, Woken Exchange's native token, you can submit proposals and vote for the protocol on the DAO

## Voting strategy Woken Protocol

Applies to all the Woken protocol proposals and votes (can be changed in protocol voting proposals)

<table><thead><tr><th width="520">Voting strategy</th><th>Value</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Minimum required to submit a proposal</td><td>100 000 WKN</td></tr><tr><td>Minimum required to vote </td><td>10 000 WKN</td></tr><tr><td>Quorum</td><td>25 000 000 WKN</td></tr><tr><td>Quorum percentage to validate a proposal</td><td>20 %</td></tr><tr><td>Time before voting</td><td>1h</td></tr><tr><td>Time for voting</td><td>48h</td></tr><tr><td><a href="/pages/gAJ4tE761mjmBU53XhnG">Rewards</a></td><td>0.25 % + 0.1% if submitter</td></tr></tbody></table>

## Types of protocol proposals

### $WKN Trading Hours

Validation of $WKN trading hours will always be community-based.

<table><thead><tr><th width="521">$WKN Trading Hours</th><th>Who ?</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Proposal submitter</td><td>PairAdminDao (protocol)</td></tr><tr><td>Persons authorized to vote</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr></tbody></table>

### Timekeeper Enabled/Disabled

Enable or disable the $WKN Timekeeper will always be community-based.

<table><thead><tr><th width="521">Enable / Disable $WKN Timekeeper</th><th>Who ?</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Proposal submitter</td><td>PairAdminDao (protocol)</td></tr><tr><td>Persons authorized to vote</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr></tbody></table>

###

### **Projects that want to become Certified Project (join the DAO)**

Some projects wishing to join the DAO, and thus become Woken Certified Projects, may be submitted to the community for approval. \
Our aim is to integrate the most promising projects that the community appreciates.

<table><thead><tr><th width="521">Woken Certified Project</th><th>Who ?</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Proposal submitter</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr><tr><td>Persons authorized to vote</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr></tbody></table>

### **DAO Settings**&#x20;

All the DAO settings can be submitted to the vote, such as the number of WKNs required to vote for the protocol or Certified Projects, Quorum, voting deadlines...

<table><thead><tr><th width="521">DAO Settings</th><th>Who ?</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Proposal submitter</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr><tr><td>Persons authorized to vote</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr></tbody></table>

###

### Token Icon on the DEX Token List

Each of our Woken Certified Projects has its Token Icon listed on the DEX token list. \
However, it is also possible via a community vote, to officially list a project outside the DAO to our Token List, if it is popular, serious and deserves to appear officially on the DEX.<br>

<table><thead><tr><th width="521">Icon token list</th><th>Who ?</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Proposal submitter</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr><tr><td>Persons authorized to vote</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr></tbody></table>

### WKNs required to access services

The number of WKNs required to access to the Timekeeper Events Bot will be adjusted on a community basis. \
This service must remain accessible to all and adjusted according to the WKN price.

<table><thead><tr><th width="521">WKNs required to access services</th><th>Who ?</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Proposal submitter</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr><tr><td>Persons authorized to vote</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr></tbody></table>

### Protocol evolution

All protocol evolutions are decided by the community. \
For example, choosing the blockchain on which to deploy the DAO (deploying the WKN on a new chain). \
Adjusting the percentage of rewards on protocol votes to ensure its sustainability and maintain an APY between 5 and 7%, token burn, enable/disable swapFee for a pair, etc...

<table><thead><tr><th width="521">Protocol evolution</th><th>Who ?</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Proposal submitter</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr><tr><td>Persons authorized to vote</td><td>WKN Holders</td></tr></tbody></table>
